Debate Council Names Twelve as Members

In a meeting held recently, the Debating Council elected 12 new members as a result of trial debates held during the fall, it was announced by John E. Corrigan, Jr. '44.

The new members include: W. D. Brown '46, W. H. Bozman '46, L. E. Cooke '44, W. W. Dunn '46, R. F. Hardwood '44, G. R. Hooper '45, J. G. Murphy '46, B. Nugent 46, D. G. Ofsthun '46, C. J. Peck '45, S. E. Stuart 2nd '45, P. Troen '45.

This is the first group to be elected to be Council this fall, and will now be eligible to take part in the intercollegiate debates which are held throughout the year. The Debating Council has not yet announced its program for the winter season.
