The Joint Army, Navy, Marine, Coast Guard. Air Forces Recruiting Board will make its first public appearance here in Emerson D today at 2:30 o'clock, Eliot Perkins '23, director of the War Service Information Bureau announced. Under the Joint Services Agreement no single service may recruit at any college until the Joint Board has made a public appearance.

The general meeting will last for 45 minutes, after which the representatives of each service will hold smaller meetings in other class rooms.

It is possible that the officers may be able to say something about the future of the college reserves, but Perkins stressed the fact that it is doubtful that there will be say definite news. Students are urged to attend this meeting since it is entirely possible that freedom of action in enlistment may almost disappear after December 1.
