Phillips Brooks House announced last night that the annual competition for its Freshman Committee will open on Wednesday with an introductory meeting in P.B.H. at 7:30 o'clock.
Intended to start potential officers on the administrative side of Brooks House work, the Committee each year investigates some problem of importance to the Freshman Class.
