Using a new method asdopted by the Navy, the Crimson Network will offer undergraduates a ten-week course in receiving Morse code.

The course will be given in the main lecture room at Littauer Center, where the Network has obtained permission from the Navy to use their signalling equipment. On completing the course, the student should be able to receive thirteen words a minute, the requirement for an amateur operator's license.

Last year the Network set aside a half hour every evening during which code was tapped out over the air. However, the sponsors have abandoned this type of instruction in favor of a more personal and organized form.

Registration for the classes, which will meet five times a week, will be held at Littauer today at 5 o'clock.
