Weakened by their long battle with the Women's Christian Temperance Union (Hanover Purity Chapter 27) the greenhorns of the "Daily Dartmouth" face the long hours of the CRIMSON in a touch and go football battle this afternoon on Soldiers Field, at 5:30 o'clock. The "Daily" ground attack, usually effective, will be especially earthy for the contest. The Indians will be bolstered by a speedy backfield which will be invaluable in the last quarter dash to McBride's and other points on the invariably confused field of battle. In addition, the entire squad has mastered English especially for the game, thus allowing the signal caller to cease his sign-language tactics.

In the other camp. Huckleberry Mickey Fenn, the Cambridge Comet, proclaims his charges in superb shape for the tussle. Studded with power is the CRIMSON eleven, from J. Robert Mosking of Leverett House (I think) on one end to Finely Corliss Lament Van Vent far out on the other.
