Attempting to gear their schedules to meet the new accelerated 12-month program, the Military and Naval Science Departments will enable students to take the final two courses of their training programs simultaneously, the Faculty's guide to war courses reveals.
The mill Sci adjustment is subject to the approval of the War Department. As a result, men in both departments may finish their courses in three years, and still have the equivalent of four years of study. The Naval Science Department has alternative programs which allow students to complete their training in three-and-one-half years or in the regular four year period.
