House football made its season debut yesterday afternoon when approximately 70 stalwarts trotted out to Soldiers Field for the first official practice of the season. Under the direction of Coach Samborski, the players spent the afternoon in running through a series of conditioning exercises, prior to more, strenuous practice next week.
First Game October 8
The first game of the year will be played Wednesday, October 8, between teams yet unpicked, and the season will end shortly before the varsity game with Yale November 22. As in past years, the winner of the House league will play the Eli House Champion during the Yale weekend.
Adams House, last fall's House champion, fell before a triumphant Bulldog eleven. The Gold Coasters, however, have a good chance for revenge as a large number of last year's regulars have again come back for action.
