Past Records Favor Brown to Follow up Its Victory Over Nine in Contest Here Today

For the Crimson nine's last regular game before the Yale games next week, past record figures give Brown the thumbs up to repeat its 9 to 4 victory of May 30.

Starting at 3 o'clock today on Soldiers Field, either Charlie Brackett or Burgy Ayres will be doing the Cantab hurling to give the Bruins a different diet from the last encounter, when Jack Schwede yielded 11 bits.

Captain Walt Juszczyk is expected to take the mound again for Brown, having maintained his pitching form since he struck out ten of Coach Stahl's team, allowing only ten scattered hits two weeks ago. Against a narrowly victorious Boston College team last Saturday Juszczyk limited the usual heavy hitting of the B. C. boys to six safe clouts, fanning nine.

Holy Cross Game A Contrast

In obvious contrast last weekend, the Crimson team endured one of their worst games of the season with weak hitting yielding only one run against Holy Cross.

With Captain Freddie Keyes' injury still keeping him on the doubtful list, Art Seully may play shortstop. The rest of the lineup for Harvard will be Bob Regan, catcher; Bill Tully, first; Bart Harvey, second; Jay Gleason, third; Lou Clay left field; Ed Buckley, centerfield; and Ayres or Bill Parsons, right field.
