Speaking at 3 o'clock this evening in Emerson D under the sponsorship of the Harvard Student Defense League Lewis Mumford, author of "Culture of Cities" and lecturer here last fall on the "Backgrounds of American Architecture," will further oppose the philosophy presented by the Peace Strike by a discussion of "The Challenge to America."
The second speaker on the program is Ralph Barton Perry '29, Edgar Pierce Professor of Philosophy, whose book, "Shall Not Perish From The Berth," brands isolation as "short-sighted."
