Observatory Offers Lecture, Observations in "Open Night"

"Fluorescent Lights in Space" will be the subject of the first spring "Open Night" lecture at the College Observatory tomorrow night at 8 o'clock given by James G. Baker of the Society of Fellows. The lecture will be followed by telescopic observations if weather permits.

Admission to the "Open Nights" is free of charge but by ticket only. Tickets for any one of the four lectures May 20, 28, 26, or 28, may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to "Open Nights", Harvard Observatory, Cambridge, specifying the night and number of tickets desired.

Subsequent lectures in the series will be: May 23. "Latest Telescopic Developments", by. Dr. G. Z. Dimitroff; May 26, "Why Count Stars", by D. A. MacRae; and May 28, "Island Universes", by L. H. Aller.
