Crimson Seeks to Break Six Game Losing Streak

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Varsity lacrosse team will try to break its six game losing streak suffered on enemy fields, in its first home game of the season against M.I.T. this afternoon on Soldiers Field. On the adjoining field the Yardlings will attempt to even their record at the expense of the Tech Freshmen.

George Hanford, converted goalie, who starred last Saturday, will probably again start on the attack with Captain Doug Anderson and Fred Benedix. Injured attackmen Bill Ierardi has recovered but his leg tires easily so will not see much action.

Ed Edmunds will center the midfield with Wally Fenn and Bill Rand. On the defense will be Don Lowry, Dave Giibert, and Don Wilson. Billy Wright will, start his first game in the nets as a result of the good showing he made when he substituted for Hanford last Saturday.
