What is slated to happen on Memorial Drive late this afternoon should warm the cockles of Boston's traffic experts. Starting at 5:30 o'clock, the usual outward-bound five o'clock rush will be forced to buck an even more congested group of cars, all intent on following the crews of Harvard, Tech, and Boston University in the race of the Rowe Memorial Regatta, which was postponed because of bad weather Saturday.

Although the Metropolitan District Commission, which polices the Drive, is not acutely worried over the impending mayhem, local sadists are planning to be on hand to see the carnage which should result from the impact of two contrarily-moving Panzer divisions.
