European atmosphere will pervade the whole Boston Garden from ten o'clock to midnight today and tomorrow at a Carnival for Freedom for the benefit of various British, French, Dutch, Finnish, and Polish relief societies.

Mrs. Bruce C. Hopper, wife of the Government professor, is helping in the program which will feature foreign foods, dancing and all kinds of booths and games. Men in uniform may enter for 50 cents; all others one dollar apiece.
