John S. R. Bourne, prominent Negro lawyer and chairman of the New England Congress for Equal Opportunities, will give a lecture on racial discrimination in education and athletics in the Winthrop House Junior Common Room at eight o'clock this evening. The meeting is being sponsored by the Harvard Student Union.

Following Bourne's lecture, the H.S.U. will have an open membership discussion to formulate a Peace Strike program. Afterwards delegates will be elected to represent the group at the Harvard-Radeliffe Peace Strike Conference tomorrow evening.

General purpose of the Peace Strike Conference is to organize the political groups of Harvard and Radcliffe on some definite peace policy as a basis for an 11 o'clock walk-out on April 23.
