Trophy Goes to Ski Race Winner Sunday

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Anyone who can navigate a pair of skis, in other words any old hacker, is urged to join in the annual Harvard ski-race on the Sherburne trail in Pinkham Notch, beginning at 10 o'clock Sunday morning.

Raceers will have ideal snow under their boards as they skim down the last mile-and-a-half of the trail which drops down the side of Mt. Washington.

This year for the first time, the speediest Kanonen will have his name handed down to posterity on a perpetual trophy. The Bright Trophy for the Harvard Recreational Race, has been donated in gratitude to Alexander H. Bright '19, who, a nationally known skier in his own right, has been largely responsible for the formation of the Ski Club.

Entries for the race must be made at Leavitt and Peirce's by 10 o'clock tomorrow morning. Ski Club members should make reservations for the Cabin immediately.
