Outing Club Holds First Open Meeting

The rapidly growing Outing Club, which has sponsored special skiing trips every weekend except one since the Yale game, is holding its first general meeting of the year at 8 o'clock tonight in the Lowell House Junior Common Room.

The feature event of the meeting, which is open to all who are interested, will be ski movies taken in Switzerland showing professionals demonstrating the Swiss ski technique.

Having just recovered from a weekend of skiing, barn dancing and hay rides at Tamworth, N.H. with the Radcliffe Club, the club members are already making plans for the Harvard-Wellesley jamboree at Intervale this weekend.

The Harvard group has just been officially declared a member of the Inter-collegiate Outing Club Association, which sponsors coeducational snow trains and the privilege of youth hosteling.
