In their evening's encounter with the B. U. Yearlings last night, the '44 sextal came off with an 8 to 2 victory to continue their winning streak. The Varsity, in an unofficial encounter with the Junior Olympics, dropped their game by the reverse score, 2 to 8.
The Freshmen, displaying a burst of pop early in their match, put six goals away in the first period, and from them on kept affairs well in hand.
Sandy MacMillan made the only solo of the evening when he got a partial break-away close to the cage late in the first period and snapped one in from the side.
Varsity Blows Lead
