"How can college students help the country most effectively?" will be discussed by Sargent Kennedy, assistant dean, tonight from 9 to 9:15 o'clock on the Crimson Network.

After the University has completed its emergency plans in conferences and meetings, a series of discussions on specific phases of the topic will be sponsored by the Network. A. Calvert Smith secretary of the President, and A. James Casner, professor of Law and head of the Defense Advisory Board will probably be among the speakers.
