As the guests of the Defense Service Committee and American Defense, Harvard Group, 150 draftees from Fort Devens have been invited to attend a dance for their benefit at Memorial Hall tonight from 8 to 12 o'clock.
125 girls from Jackson, Leslie, Radcliffe, Sargent, and Simmons will also be present at the party, for which music will be provided by the Gold Coasters, an undergraduate orchestra led by Jiri P. Springer '42.
A corps of Harvard men will assist as ushers, and in addition have been instructed to sound out Army opinion about the desirability of future athletic contests between University House and Army teams.
The dance will be managed by the Fort Devens Morale Officer; and by E. Bernard Fleischaker '42, Richard L. Hall '43, and Miss Constance Bonelli, Radcliffe '42.
