One hundred and ninety-six insignia have been awarded to athletes who competed in fall sports, the Committee on the Regulation of Athletic Sports has announced. In addition, football numerals were voted to James F. Gallagher, Jr. '45, who was prevented by illness from playing in the Yale game.
A major 'H' in minor colors was awarded to four three-year veterans of the varsity soccer team, Captain John G. Penson, Morton Myerson, Daniel S. Poor, and Earnest C. Staber, all of whom are Seniors.
