8 Takeaways From Harvard’s Task Force Reports
Until the moment the Hasty Pudding receives a definite "no" from the Graduate Committee it is going ahead with plans for this year's show.
Members of the Club have decided to follow the lead of other student organizations and proceed with their schedule. The only thing that will delay them, aside from the Graduate Committee, is a shortage of manpower.
Not fearing much on that score, Robert Benchley, Coles Phinizy, and Arthur Viner have just finished writing the first draft of this season's "revue." Topically alive, considering the onslaught of Montez, Woodworth and Maxie Rosenblum upon the Yard, the plot will revolve around Hollywood situations.
The times have affected one phase of the musical comedy, however. Instead of going on tour, the show will open in Boston, March 20, stay there for a performance the twenty-first and move to Cambridge, where it will end its run.
