Man Who Managed Clients for High-End Cambridge Brothel Network Pleads Guilty
Following the governmental announcement suspending all flying licenses last Monday, the Civil Aeronautics Authority at Pierce Hall yesterday received an official bulletin imposing the following conditions on all C.A.A. students who wish to regain permission to fly.
First, each man must have a letter of recommendation from his fight instructor, and a letter from a personal friend, vouching for his character and loyalty to the United States. He must also secure an identification card on which are his photograph and fingerprints.
He will then take these documents in person to the State Commissioner of Aviation at the Administration Building, East Boston Airport. After being checked here, the material will be submitted to the C.A.A. Inspector, also at East Boston. If approved, the man's license will be stamped with the word "reinstated," and he will then be permitted to fly at any time, provided that he can positively identify himself on each occasion that he wants to take up a plane.
