The first Varsity football team since 1893 to represent the Charles River laboratories and wind tunnels of M.I.T. will appear at 12 o'clock today when it meets the Crimson Jayvees on the practice field at Soldiers.
In its first official year of competition, the Tech eleven has defeated the Tufts Junior Varsity 12 to 0 and lost to Lowell Texti'c 12 to 7.
Coach Henry Lamar's Crimson outfit also has one win to its credit, having conquered the Northeastern Yearlings 26 to 0. But Princeton beat them 7 to 6 and Army 13 to 7 in the other two games played to date.
