Lieutenant Colonel Henry D. Jay, professor of Military Science and Tactics, is now wearing the shoulder eagles of a full colonel in the Field Artillery.
Colonel Jay, who has been in command of the Harvard Regiment of the R.O.T.C. for the past two years, received his promotion last week. He has been serving in the Army since before the First World War.
Coincidental with Col. Jay's promotion, that of Captain G. F. Connor, head of the Business School detachment of Quartermaster's Corps Training School, to major was announced.
