Man Who Managed Clients for High-End Cambridge Brothel Network Pleads Guilty
Severely handicapped by injuries, probation, and lack of equipment, Coach Tom Campion's Yardling lacrosse men will be definitely the underdogs tomorrow when they face a strong Exeter team, last year's New England prep school champions.
Six regulars will be on the sidelines including Dick Comey, Ed Barber, Dick Manegold, Jack Klotz, Dick Holcombe, and Bill Rand.
The remnants of the team will group around a potent nucleus composed of goalie Bill Wright and star midfielders John Sawhill, Jack Calhoun, and Lee Sosman.
The team's season record is one win and three losses, having beaten Worcester Academy but succumbed to goalie Andover, and New Hampshire. Before the Yale game on May 18, it is scheduled to face Governor Dummer and M.I.T.
Last Saturday at New Hampshire, the team played well in spite of the absence of its coach and sufficient equipment, coming out on the short end of a 7 to 1 score. The H.A.A. has not as yet supplied enough good sticks or helmets for a full team.
