Yardling Trackmen Face Even Contest With Eli Cubs

Coach Bill Neufeld's Yardling tracksters enter tomorrow's meet with Yale slightly the underdogs in comparative team scores but with strong possibilities of coming out on top on the basis of individual performances.

Like Harvard, Yale has only one defeat on its slate but did not participate in as many meets as the Crimson forces. Its win column includes Andover, Nott Terrace High School, and Princeton, while it has succumbed only to a strong Mercersburg team.

Most significant in this list is Yale's victory over a reputedly powerful Princeton aggregation and, of course, the win over Andover, which later beat Coach Neufeld's team.
