Yardling "Schenectady" to Compete Against Rochester

Additions to Smoker Program Include Guild, Levin, Carens

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

In a desperate effort to compete against Jack Benny's stooge, Rochester, at the Smoker tomorrow night. Yardling impersonator Ray W. Guild, Jr. '43 last night announced that he would appear on the show as "Schenectady."

Guild, who won the recent Freshman amateur show with his complete variety show, will present an entirely new program. His "Whacke Hat Program" featured impersonations of Blug Cresby, Bob Burus, Clem McCarthy, and Elmer Blurp.

Michael I. Levin '42 will also add all undergraduate touch to the annual sing party by playing some of his own swing arrangements on the piano. John Richardson, Jr. '43 also announced that George Cavens, well known sports writer, will speak.
