Brandeis Fellowship, to be awarded to a person specially invited by the Faculty of Law to pursue research, to Arthur L. Brown, Professor of Law at Boston University Law School.
Emmons Scholarship, to Joe E. Covington, of Fayetteville, Ark.; candidate for LL.B. '40, University of Arkansas.
Sidney Thompson Fairchild Fellowship in the Law of Railroads and other Public Utilities, to Joseph Laufer, of Durham, N.C. Laufer has studied at Karls College, University of Berlin, Heidelberg, and Tubingen; candidate for LL.B. '40, Duke University.
Robert Darrah Jenks Scholarship, for a graduate studying Railroad Law, to Lewis B. Greenbaum, of New York, N. Y.; candidate for LL.B., '40, Yale.
