Edwin S. Smith '15, member of the National Labor Relations Board, will speak tomorrow night at 8 o'clock in Langdell Hall, of the Law School, on "Why Change the Wagner Act?"

This is the first of a series of lecturers sponsored by the Law School Forum Committee of Phillips Brooks House designed to present topics of current interest generally associated with the law. The talks will be followed by questions and discussion.
