PIERIAN SODALITY WILL TOUR SCHOOLS OF SOUTH

Journeying south for the first time in more than ten years, the Pierian Sodality of 1808, the University orchestra, starts this week on a spring vacation tour of southern colleges.

Under the leadership of Malcolm Holmes '28, the orchestra will play at the Harvard Club of Richmond on Saturday evening, March 30; at William and Mary, March 31; at Sweet Briar, April 3; at Arlington Hall Junior College, April 4; and at Beaver College in Philadelphia, April 5.

The Pierian's program will include works by both contemporary and classical composers. At Sweet Briar and Beaver joint concerts with the college glee clubs will be held.
