NINE MEN PETITIONED FOR SENIOR ELECTIONS

Palfrey, Robbins Nominated for Class Secretary; Seven Named for Class Committee

Names added by petition to the list of nominees for Senior Class Secretary and Permanent Class Committee were announced yesterday by Seth C. Crocker '41, Chairman of the Student Council committee in charge of the elections.

John G. Palfrey, Jr., and Robert M. Robbins were nominated for Class Secretary by petition.

The new nominees for the Permanent Class Committee are John E. Crane James T. Devine, Raymond F. Farwell, Jr., Robert J. Glaser, Julian S. Hess, Frederick Holdsworth was originally nominated for Class Secretary, but withdrew and was petitioned for Permanent Class Committee.

The elections for Class Secretary, Class Day Committee, and Permanent Class Committee will be held tomorrow and Wednesday, when the full list of nominees will be run in the CRIMSON. This will be the last election of Senior officers. The only remaining position to be filled is that of Ivy Orater, who is selected in a competition run by the Class Day Committee, and the three Marshalls.
