Harvard's representatives among the 300 New England delegates to the American Youth Congress must be definitely listed by tonight, it was announced by David Fleischman '41, Student Union representative, yesterday.

The Youth Congress composed of four and a half million young Americans probably will approve the American Youth Act for a half a million dollar appropriation for youth projects and favor resolutions for keeping the United States out of war.
