Coach Rene Peroy's Varsity fencers will encounter Bowdoin at 3 o'clock this afternoon in the Indoor Athletic Building. Harvard has a record of three easy victories and a heart-breaking defeat at the hands of a stellar Seton Hall team a week ago. Bowdoin will be unable to bring a sabre team, and the Crimson's strength in foil and epee does not augur well for the Maine team.
Meanwhile the Yardling team will attempt to preserve its unbeaten record when it tackles the M.I.T. Freshmen at the Walker Memorial Gymnasium at 1 o'clock. The two teams should be very evenly matched, for both of them defeated the Brown Freshmen by the same score, 17 to 10.
