New officers of the Debate Council will be elected this afternoon, to be followed by a non-decision debate with Middlebury College.

On the subject, "Resolved: that the Nations of the Western Hemisphere should form a union for defense against foreign aggression," Harvard will take the negative in the person of William C. Murphy '42 and Thomas M. Cook '42.
