"Mexico builds toward industrial democracy" is the title of a lecture to be delivered in Peabody Hall of Phillips Brooks House tonight at eight o'clock. The speaker will be the Right Reverend Efrain Salinas Y. Velasco, Bishop of the Protestant Episcopal Church of Mexico, and the gathering is sponsored by the Church League for Industrial Democracy, which is headed by the Reverend Roger W. Bennett. The public is invited.
