A non-binding organization for Ivy League football which would have the power to regulate eligibility requirements, schedule questions, financial problems, and practice dates was suggested in an editorial by the Yale News yesterday morning.
In an effort to bring about closer athletic relations between Ivy schools the News suggestion embodied a plan for a conference of coaches, athletic directors, and undergraduate representatives. Under the proposed scheme each school would have three representatives on the conference board.
