To pop up a lagging offence the Crimson will probably take to the air Saturday according to all indications. Don McNicol, Crimson aerial expert, replaced Charley Spreyer on the "A" squad, as the Harlowmen went through an intensive workout marked by a lengthy passing drill on Soldiers Field yesterday afternoon.

Dick Harlow also juggled two other positions on his first and second team lineups yesterday. Most significant was the temporary shift at right end which saw Sophomore John Morgan playing in place of Joe Koufman. Koufman went down to the second string with pivotman Lone Star Dietz, who was replaced by Burgy Ayres.

The "A" and "B" elevens went through a twenty minute defensive scrimmage against Dartmouth plays as portrayed by the "C" team and the Jayvees. In a half hour dummy session Harlow stressed polish and drive.

The Dartmouth Varsity comes down from the hills tomorrow for a rehearsal in the stadium at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. They will stay at the Belmont Country Club.

Lineups for the signal drill: "A"  "B" MacKinney, l.e.  l.e., Barnes Elser, l.t.  l.t., Miller Psesbody, l.g.  l.g., Aldrish Ayres, c.  c., Dietz Pflster, r.g.  r.g., Ferris, Lowry Gardiner, r.t.  r.t., Durwood Morgan, r.e.  r.e., Koufman Heiden, q.b.  q.b., Lyman McNicol, l.h.  l.h., Spreyer Lee, r.h.  r.h., Gordon Gardella, f.b.  f.b., Brown, Waldstein
