POSTCARDS IN BLUEBOOK BEST WAY TO GET MARKS

University Hall Not to Give Out Grades Personally, but Cards Left There Will Be Filled Out

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Midyear grades will not be given out to students in person at University Hall, because the difficulty of entering grades and carrying on at the same time the regular office routine makes it impossible to answer such individual requests.

Best method is for each student to leave in his bluebook at each examination an addressed postcard, which the instructor in the course can fill out and send to him as soon as the grade is determined.

Otherwise, a student may leave an addressed card, with the names of his courses written on it, at the Information Desk in University 4. This card will be sent when the complete returns are in. If an individual card is left for each course, the office will try to send them out as soon as they are received at University Hall.

Midyear grades for many courses are not due until February 10 and it is not possible to guarantee immediate attention for all cards.
