J. Anton deHaas, William Ziogler Professor of International Relationships, yesterday received the award of Officer of the Order of Orange-Nassau from Queen Wilhelmina of the Netherlands.

The decoration, given in recognition of his efforts towards strengthening the bonds of friendship between the United States and Holland, was presented by the consul of the Netherlands, N. G. Van Velzen, at the consulate in Boston.
