Harvard Observatory to Hold Open House Thursday Night

The Harvard Observatory will play host to astronomers next Thursday evening at 8 o'clock with lectures on the history and construction of telescopes under the auspices of the Amateur Telescope Makers of Boston.

Admission to the Open House will be by ticket, but all interested can receive these tickets by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to Harvard College Open House, 60 Garden Street, Cambridge.

Besides the lectures on the history and construction of telescopes there will be demonstrations by members of the Telescope Makers of the making of telescopes, grinding of lenses, and methods of testing.
