Head Freshman Football Coach Skip Stahley and his aides will get their first glimpse of the Yardling football hopefuls when the 1943 gridiron candidates descend upon Dillon Field House this afternoon at 3 o'clock.
Freshman candidates are requested to come down to the supply desk at Dillon Field House sometime before 3 o'clock to get their uniforms and equipment. The Field House will be open all morning and afternoon in order to give every Freshman a chance to get down there before practice actually starts.
Assistants
Stahley and his aides, Latta McCray, Bill Rawls, and Dave Colwell, have a large task on their in attempting to mold a first-year eleven comparable to last year's outfit. Many of these boys are beginning to imprint their class numerals on the Varsity squad already.
