Yardling Nine Wins Twelfth Over Unbeaten Andover, 5-2

Harvard's well-balanced Freshman nine hung up its twelfth win of the season against two losses, as they toppled undefeated Andover, 5 to 2 on Saturday afternoon.

Lou Clay took top pitching and batting honors with his ninth scalp this spring and a double and a triple out of four trips to the plate. Clay also fanned nine Blue batters and passed only one in his triumph.

Ed Buckley, first sacker of this spectacular Yardling team, got two for four, as Harvard outhit Andover, 8 to 6. The Freshmen scored one each in the first, second, and eighth, and two in the third; Andover, two in the fifth.
