WASHINGTON--The Supreme Court today upheld constitutionality of the Municipal Bankruptcy law which replaced a similar statute invalidated in 1936, and politely rebuked Secretary of Agriculture Henry A. Wallace in a decision outlawing livestock sale commission rates at the Kansas City stockyards. The rulings were among more than a score handed down by the Court.

The Court today set the seal of approval on New York Officials' censorship of the Czechoslovakian film, "Ecstasy." The Court dismissed the appeal of Eureka Productions, Inc., from a Southern New York Federal District Court decision refusing to enjoin authorities from interfering with exhibition of the film, which shows a beautiful woman swimming without a swimming suit.
