Dr. Arthur N. Holcombe '06, professor of Government and chairman of the Department of Government, will teach the basic course, "Contemporary Problems of Democracy" in the newly established Institute of Democracy at Northwestern University this summer, it was announced yesterday.
The Institute aims to preserve democratic government through a unified and intensive study of contemporary problems directed by ten visiting professors distinguished in the Social Sciences.
