22-Year-Old Junior Named to North Andover Planning Board

John J. Costello '40, of North Andover, was elected to the Planning Board at the town election last night. Costello came in fourth in the competition for the five-man board out of a field of 14. The 32-year-old junior, a government concentrator, will serve a two-year term.
