Debate Council to Oppose Australian Team Tomorrow

Oyen and Pattce Represent Crimson in International Debate

With the Australian team upholding the affirmative of the question. "Resolved: That the British Empire must disintegrate," the Harvard debating council will hold its first international debate this year tomorrow.

The British pair coming from Sydney and Melbourne Universities, sailed from Australia September 1 and have been touring the United States this winter under the auspices of the National Student Federation of America.

Henry D. Oyen '41 and James J. Pattce; Jr. '41 will represent the Crimson in this debate: and Professor William Y. Elliott, authority on British scholars, will preside as chairman.
