Finishing the finest season it has ever enjoyed, the squash team defeated The Tennis and Racquets Club 3 to 2 yesterday afternoon.
Coach Barnaby's racquetmen completed their schedule without dropping a single intercollegiate match and ended up in a tie for second place in the Massachusetts Squash Racquets Association, higher than ever before.
In the match yesterday afternoon, Kim Canavarro and Frank Appleton disposed of their opponents in four sets, while it took Danny Ladd five to dispose of powers of the Racquots Club for the third Harvard win. Jim Rousmaniore could not get a set off his antagonist, and Warren Williams succeeded in winning only one to account for the two losses.
