Former "Nation" Editor Speaks Under Aegis of Civilization Group

Max Lerner, Professor of Political Science at Williams and recently editor of "The Nation", will speak on "The American Democratic Experience" in the Adams House Dining Room at 7:30 o'clock tonight. Open to all members of the University, the meeting is being held under the auspices of the Adams American Civilization Group.

The author of "It is Later than You Think," in which he stresses the need for a "militant democracy in the progress toward democratic collectivism," is a former member of the Harvard Government department and the Adams House staff.
