Dr. Samuel Williston '82, former Harvard professor of Law, was forced to retire from his position as law professor at the University of Texas because of an illness which developed shortly after his arrival in Austin.

Having been retired here last May 27, Dr. Williston was able to serve only one month at the University of Texas before his doctor advised him to return to his Cambridge home.
