Harvard Students To Vote on Divestment From Israel in Inaugural HUA Election Survey
Claude Hopkins will lead the orchestra at the Winthrop House winter formal dance on February 24, the committee in charge announced today.
At the dress hall, dancing will be from 10 to 3 o'clock, and will be preceded by a steak dinner earlier in the evening. During the diner hour the House has provided music and entertainment for the Puritan frolickers.
Room permission has been granted until 10 o'clock, according to Robert J. Glaser '40, chairman of the committee. Decorations will consist of illuminated cutouts and special lighting effects.
Members of his committee include William N. Chandler '41, McCrea H. Cobb '39, Henry P. Day '41, William H. McElwain '41, Douglas Mercer '40, Jere J. Nelson '41, Hamlin D. Smith '41, and Prescott H. Wellman, Jr. '41.
The Patronesses will be headed by Mrs. Ronald M. Ferry and include Mrs. J. N. Douglas Bush, Mrs. A. Chester Hanford, Mrs. Roger I. Lee, Mrs. C. Douglas Mercer, Mrs. A. C. Redfield, and Mrs. Henry S. Thompson.
